Description
Quick and easy homemade white chocolate and cranberry cookie recipe.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Sticks of unsalted butter, room temp
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or bean paste
- 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- On medium speed beat butter and both sugars until creamy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then on low speed add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Dough will be chunky. Chill dough for 1 hour prior to scooping the dough on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 11 mins or until the edges are slightly brown.
- Cool and eat.
