If you receive a candle that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at pivotalmoments@justjeanniejacobs.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement for damaged or defective candles. You will be emailed a shipping label for any products that are deemed returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition you received them in: unused, unburned, and boxed in their original packaging. Please note that all requests for candle refunds must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days. At this moment, we do not accommodate online exchanges.
