Simple and easy fresh fruit salad.

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 4 kiwi or star fruit
  • 10 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced into quarters
  • 1/2 pound grapes
  • 12 cups fresh pineapple
  • Juice of one lemon

Topping Options:

  • Poppy seed dressing
  • Yogurt
  • Ice cream
  • Cake



  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • Slice the strawberries and grapes in half.
    • Peel and slice the mandarins into quarters.
    • Dice the pineapple.
    • Slice the kiwi or star fruit.
  2. Layer the Salad:
    • Layer the fruit starting with the strawberries, followed by grapes, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mandarin oranges on top.
  3. Add Lemon Juice:
    • Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top of the fruit.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve as is or with a drizzle of poppy seed dressing.


Left over fruit can be frozen to make smoothies as well as jams.
