Description

Make this easy honey dijon salmon recipe in under 30 minutes! Sweet honey, tangy Dijon mustard, and garlic glaze make this baked honey dijon salmon a quick, flavorful weeknight dinner.

 


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 3 Tbsp honey

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

2. Make the Honey Dijon Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Prepare the Salmon

Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the glaze.

4. Bake the Salmon

Roast for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. For extra caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes.

5. Serve & Enjoy

 

Plate with lemon wedges and drizzle with any remaining glaze from the pan.

  • For smoky depth: Add ½ tsp smoked paprika or a pinch of chipotle powder to the glaze.

     

  • For extra caramelization: Broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
